The IAW trade fair is Germany’s largest trade fair for promotional goods. National and international exhibitors showcase their promotional goods and standard ranges as well as discontinued goods, remaining stock and special items from all product groups at the IAW trade fair in Cologne. The largest importers and manufacturers from Europe are represented at the IAW trade fair. Order goods for your business and make new contacts at the trade fair stands or at our free catering stations.

For exhibitors: 07:00 – 19:00
For visitors: 09:00 – 18:00
Third day of the fair until 17:00

Arrival and stay

Visitors are not permitted to take large suitcases, trolleys and rucksacks into the exhibition halls. Please hand them in at the check-in desk for a fee. This also applies to very large, obviously empty bags. Briefcases, handbags and pilot’s cases the size of flight luggage (approx. 55 x 40 x 20 cm) are permitted

Pets are not permitted anywhere on the exhibition grounds.

Please note that smoking is not permitted by law in closed rooms and therefore also in the halls of the IAW trade fair! Covered smoking areas are available in the outdoor areas of the halls.
